Antigua Central America Guatemala

Antigua Central America Guatemala

Antigua was the most beautiful city in Guatemala by a long shot.
The prices were higher than every other place we visited in Guatemala,
but the food was top notch and the decor and vibe extremely unique.
I am a sucker for colorful artisan work and there were wine bars, restaurants and interesting stores on ever corner.
The colonial streets with massive colonial doors, presumably for entering on horseback were very impressive.
We only spent two nights here, but I would definitely recommend it and I will definitely go back.
This gem of a Guatemalan city has lots of historical ruins and a rustic charm.
I tried my hardest not to stop every few steps to take another photo.
